Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before they ship.

Shipping time. Delivery time varies by destination. FurLift ships from our supplier's fulfillment network, so delivery can take longer than a domestic-warehouse order, especially around holidays — we'll share tracking information the moment your order ships, and you're welcome to email us before you buy if you'd like a more specific estimate.

Order tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International shipping. Currently, FurLift ships within the United States only.

Delays. Occasionally weather, customs, or carrier issues cause delays outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out at furliftsupport@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
