Acceptance of terms. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. FurLift reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger than that, you may only use this site with a parent or guardian's involvement.
Product information and safety. We try to describe our products accurately, but colors, sizing, and minor details may vary slightly from photos. FurLift is a pet-safety-adjacent accessory, not a certified crash-tested car safety harness — it is not vet-endorsed and does not claim to prevent injury. You're responsible for supervising your pet's use of the product and judging whether it's appropriate for your pet's size and behavior and your vehicle; stop using it if any part shows wear or damage.
Pricing and payment. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Shipping and returns. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy pages, which are part of these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties. Except for the guarantee described in our Refund Policy, our products and this site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FurLift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim. Our products are sold as pet-comfort and convenience accessories, not certified medical, veterinary, or crash-safety equipment.
Indemnification. You agree to cover FurLift against any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the product or violation of these terms.
Force majeure. FurLift isn't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, customs, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
Intellectual property. All content on this site — including the FurLift name, logo, and product photography — belongs to FurLift and may not be used without permission.
Changes to service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our site or products at any time without notice.
Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FurLift about your use of this site.
